Project management during bidding and construction.

PHASE 5 PERMITTING (6 WEEKS)
Code Compliance Design Drawings. 

PHASE 6 CONSTRUCTION
Engineer of Record construction support services as required by BOD or Contractor and Supervision acting as Special Inspector.
